Research and Conservation

The Research and Conservation Division of Liberty Wildlife works in proactive ways to solve human/wildlife conflicts before animals are injured or lost. We work in partnership with agencies, private companies, non-profits, and the general public to conduct studies and projects that help conserve wildlife and enhance habitat. Our professional staff includes research scientists and field workers, as well as veterinarians, education specialists, and public relations people. Projects include burrowing owl conservation and research, contracts with APS and SRP utility companies to better protect birds of prey from power hazards, habitat restoration, monitoring urban raptor nests, and working with homeowners to solve individual wildlife issues.
