What many people do not know is that Anne is an award-winning wildlife artist, entering her paintings in several prestigious shows across the nation each year. Twice in 2007, her artwork was chosen as Best Painting: first at the Marine Wildlife Exhibit in Mendocino, Calif., and more recently at the Visions of America show in Bennington, Vt. To help raise money for Liberty Wildlife, Anne created five pieces of art featuring some of Liberty's most popular avian ambassadors. These five portraits - Duncan (red-tailed hawk), Elliot (American kestrel), Frodo (burrowing owl), Hedwig (great horned owl), and Snickers (great horned owl) - are now available as open-edition prints in a special offer for Liberty volunteers. "For years, my colleagues have been complimenting me on the artwork and how much they admire it," Anne said. "Now I have the opportunity to create prints for the people who do so much excellent work sharing Liberty's vision and also to raise money for Liberty Wildlife."

Liberty Wildlife volunteers can purchase 8"x10" giclee prints of the five birds for $30 each (the entire set of five for $150). Each print sold will generate $10 for Liberty Wildlife.
"This generous offer by Anne is a win-win bonanza for all of us at Liberty Wildlife." – Megan Mosby
