Did you know . . .

  • Our new state-of-the-art facility at Papago Park has broken ground. The realization of this dream will enable Liberty Wildlife to further our mission of education, rehabilitation and conservation.
  • Last year alone, Liberty Wildlife purchased more than 480,000 mealworms to feed baby songbirds and small birds of prey!
  • At less than 40 cents a mouse, Liberty Wildlife spends over $12,000 a season to purchase rodents!
  • Both lab fees and medical supplies alone cost several thousands of dollars.
  • A mere 25 modified plastic containers used to house orphaned birds cost $49–last year, we received over 3,900 native animals; a large portion needed to be housed in these containers.
  • At only a fraction of a cent per worm, Liberty Wildlife still spends over $1,300 per season on worms alone!

Liberty Wildlife's needs are so expansive, that costs quickly add up. See below to learn how to offer your support to our native wildlife by making a donation.

You can help Liberty Wildlife in its mission. Become a supporting member, make a donation, name Liberty Wildlife as a beneficiary of your planned giving, such as a Will or Trust, or have your company become a corporate member.

Liberty Wildlife is proud to announce a partnership with Charity Charms. You can now purchase a handsome sterling silver charm with the Liberty Wildlife logo and the proceeds from the sale will be donated to further Liberty Wildlife’s rehabilitation work. Perfect for family or friends!

Volunteer

You can also volunteer your time! Liberty Wildlife accepts volunteers for duties such as wildlife orphan care, rescue and transport, daily care, wildlife hotline, and even desktop publishing. Learn more about volunteering.
